Email supportThe support center is structured for a Freshdesk-style help-desk integration, but this demo only exposes live pathways that are actually configured today. Managed FAQs are rendered locally, and the external support portal is used as the handoff until a real Freshdesk tenant, widget, and API credentials are attached.
