Operate and maintain water treatment equipment at SCWA treatment facilities. Monitor water quality parameters, adjust chemical feed systems, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
NYS Grade IIA Water Treatment Plant Operator license required. Minimum 3 years of experience in water treatment operations. Valid NYS driver's license.
Maintain and develop SCWA's geospatial database and mapping systems. Create and update infrastructure maps, perform spatial analysis, and support engineering projects with GIS data.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, or related field. Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS suite. Experience with utility infrastructure mapping preferred.
Serve as the primary point of contact for SCWA customers. Handle billing inquiries, service requests, and account management. Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Requirements
High school diploma required. 2+ years customer service experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
