Water Rates
SCWA uses a tiered rate structure to encourage water conservation. Rates are per billing period (quarterly).

| Tier 2 (15,001-40,000 gal) | $4.18 per 1,000 gal |

| Tier 4 (Over 80,000 gal) | $8.41 per 1,000 gal |
* Service charge of $18.50/quarter applies to all accounts. Rates effective January 1, 2026. Fire protection and irrigation services billed separately.
